Michael Delie
Michael has over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, as an executive with Title Settlement and Appraisal companies, with positions held at iMortgage Services and CBC Innovis. In 2010, Michael launched Delie Commercial Finance to leverage his extensive network of relationships with lenders and real estate executives. Over the past two years Michael has successfully structured over $50 million in commercial loans. Michael graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Michael Holt
Mike has 25 years of investment experience, working as a credit analyst, trader and portfolio manager with TIAA-CREF, LJH Global Investments and Capital Management Advisors. In these roles he was responsible for analyzing and evaluating the businesses and investment strategies of both private and public companies, and managing various fixed income portfolios. Over his career Mike has made over $2 billion of direct investments, and has built and managed numerous investment portfolios. Mike holds an MBA, a Master of International Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University.
